Christina Hoffmann: (born 1982)
She graduated from high school with a baccalaureate in art and mathematics. She has been living in Switzerland for about 10 years and has since been able to hold several exhibitions in various galleries.
 
Figures and forms in combination with art have had a lasting influence on her and have become her trademark with the integration of various symbols.
“My paintings are an expression of myself, my deepest inner being. What concerns me, how I perceive myself and my environment. In the positive as well as in the negative.
As an expressionist with a cubist touch, I allow myself to be driven by an inner feeling in my pictures. The eye stands for the view to the inside, but also to the outside”.
 
Christina Hoffmann’s paintings were painted in several layers with oil paint. The contemplation of the pictures should never be boring. The different layers, the composition of the geometric figures, but also the different symbols in the works contribute their part to it. The geometric figures provide information about the energy and constellation of the environment in which she moves. The strong colours reinforce the expression in her paintings.
