Alias Siddy Gol, self-taught, painting as a sideline, since 2016 freelance artist, painting, sculpture, photography, lives since 2009 in Switzerland.

Inspired by journeys in the recent past, through metropolises as well as forgotten places, where time seems to have stopped, he started to come to the realization of a fascinating and diverse world.

On closer inspection, our world morrors a simple combination of colours and shapes that influence the recent works of Alias Siddy Gol* and lend the little mirror images the name of “playing colours of life”.

The resulting works combine the simplicity and tranquility of the colorful landscape with hidden objects and details, which in turn reflect the vibrant and sometimes hectic life in the metropolises. However, one thing unites all objects and finds itself in all pictures. It is the joy of life and the creativity of each individual to shape and colour their own image of life.
